Skull Rock - Social Distancing Monthly Hike

We're beginning a fun social distancing hiking series! We hope you're interested as we all do our own hikes (or hike in small groups) to wherever you like. It can be long, short, or anywhere in between. The goal is to get outside and enjoy what we have as it's easy to see nature disappear. Each month, our Past President, Kevin Woods, will be going to a location which you can join and follow the scavenger hunt to find all items. All those that share their pictures of the items they found on their hike on instagram or facebook and tag us @uci_eas or @uci eas, respectively, will be entered into a raffle for a UCI EAS T-Shirt that we'll do each month and mail to you!
This month, Kevin will be going to the Skull Rock in the Santa Monica Mountains. Tag us and use the tag of #AnteatersHike! Who: Anyone interested in hiking and can handle 4.7 miles. Join us for this informative panel discussion where we will hear from schools and how their admission process works as well as from alumni who have gone through, and some that are currently in, graduate school. This exclusive event gives you in depth looks and gives YOU the opportunity to ask any questions you have before, during, and after the presentation to get all your concerns, worries, and questions answered regarding grad school. We will also be hosting a networking session afterwards, where we'll group you with one of the panelists for more intimate questioning.
